Step into fair season feeling confident and prepared! The Spring Classic Clinic & Show is a two-day event that combines hands-on learning with real show experience. Youth participants learn showmanship fundamentals from the pros to help them grow and refine their craft.
Day 1: Learning & Skill Building
We kick off the event with interactive clinics led by industry experts and experienced showmen. We’ll cover showmanship techniques, fitting tips, and nutrition strategies specific to cattle, sheep, goats, and swine. Exhibitors gain practical techniques and tips whether they’re preparing for their first show, or just wanting some extra practice.
Day 2: Putting Skills Into Action
The second day brings learning to life in the show ring. Youth exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase what they’ve learned in a supportive, educational livestock show environment. Throughout the day, feedback and specific instruction on how to prepare for the upcoming summer show season will be provided. This show is open to both clinic participants and the youth across our wider community.
